ELIGIBILITY

  • Articles purchased online or in-store are eligible for exchange or return within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed with all tags intact.
  • Items must be present in their original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase—either the original receipt or order confirmation email is required to process exchanges and returns.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return.

You will be required to share proof if you have received an article that is defected, in wrong size, or is incorrect.

EXCHANGES

ONLINE EXCHANGE POLICY

  • An exchange request can be initiated via Inbox at https://www.instagram.com/ayel.pk/ within 7 days of order delivery.
  • Proof of purchase— the order confirmation email and order number must be provided.
  • Exchanges are subject to verification of product condition and eligibility & must be unused, unaltered and unwashed with all tags intact.
  • Customer will have to send the items in this address (18km ferozpur road, first right after Aiwan e Akbari, near Feroz kanta , Gajjua Mattah Lahore, contact : 0320 4729291)
  • Once the items are received and verified, the requested items will be shipped.
  • The exchange process takes approximately 7–10 working days.
  • If the requested item is out of stock, customers will be given option to select from another available article, else the amount will be refunded.

Sale/discounted items are not eligible for exchange.

RETURNS

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

  • Returns are only accepted if the item delivered was incorrect (wrong size/wrong product) or if the item was defective/damaged at the time of delivery.
  • Customers may initiate a return request via inbox at https://www.instagram.com/ayel.pk/ within 7 days of order delivery.
  • Proof of purchase— the order confirmation email and order number must be provided.
  • Reason for return and proof of defect/damage must be provided.
  • The product must unused, unwashed, and unaltered with all tags intact.
  • Customer has to send back the article to the address (18km ferozpur road, first right after Aiwan e Akbari, near Feroz kanta , Gajjua Mattah Lahore, contact : 0320 4729291)
  • Once the product is received and verified, amount will be refunded to the customer bank account, Please note (Courier Delivery charges+4% COD Tax ) will be deducted on COD parcels as we already have it to Courier company.
  • The return process takes approximately 7–10 working days.
